This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms and Conditions page.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping via multiple carriers and the cost of shipping your selections is calculated at checkout, taking into consideration size and total weight.  Our 3rd party shipping calculator will provide the shipping costs for the items you selected based on the carrier you select and the speed of delivery requested.   Because shipping rates change frequently, and calculations are based on the size of your items selected and their weight, we cannot provide shipping costs here.  However, there is no charge to select items you are interested in, add them to your cart, and proceed through the check out process to see the shipping options and their costs.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Cancelation of Live Events

Though every effort is taken to keep scheduled live events (classes, seminars, webinars, etc.) , there may be conditions outside of our control that require us to cancel the event.  If this happens, all persons will receive a full refund.  We will inform all persons who purchased the event as soon as possible via the email address they provided at checkout.
